Grinding Plastics and Polymers for Specific Needs

In the plastics industry, various products may require dry-manufacturing or milling before they can be utilized or further processed. This includes grinding various additives for specialty plastics for use in injection molding and other manufacturing methods. Additionally, plastics can also be ground into powders for use in 3D printing and other additive manufacturing. 

Plastic raw materials are dry blended and milled to create a homogenous mixture in compounding and pigments or additives are dry blended and milled to form a consistent mixture in master batch production.
